Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
However, if the return is due to an incorrect product shipment, damaged product upon delivery, or an error on our part, Steel Seal will cover all applicable shipping costs.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will verify that it meets the return eligibility requirements.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refund processing may take between 7 and 14 business days.
