Return and Exchange Period

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, products must meet the following conditions:

  • The original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact and undamaged.
  • The product must not have been opened, tested, installed, or partially used.

Due to the nature of automotive maintenance and repair products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been opened or used.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.

However, if the return is due to an incorrect product shipment, damaged product upon delivery, or an error on our part, Steel Seal will cover all applicable shipping costs.


Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will verify that it meets the return eligibility requirements.
